We're hiring IB teachers.

We're looking for exceptional IB teachers and subject experts to teach motivated students online or in Madrid. If you make difficult ideas clear, give precise feedback and help students achieve ambitious goals, we'd love to hear from you.

Great teaching is more than knowing the answer.

We are looking for experienced IB teachers and subject specialists with strong knowledge of the current syllabus, assessment criteria and exam-style questions. You should be able to teach clearly online, in person in Madrid, or both, while providing precise feedback and consistent support to ambitious students.

01

IB experience and subject expertise

You have experience teaching or tutoring one or more IB subjects and understand the current syllabus, assessment objectives, command terms, past papers and mark schemes.

02

Clear, exam-focused teaching

You can explain difficult concepts clearly, identify where a student is struggling and teach effective approaches to IB exam-style questions.

03

Online and in-person teaching

You can deliver engaging one-to-one and small-group lessons online, in person in Madrid, or both. You are comfortable using digital teaching tools when working online.

04

Professionalism and reliability

You prepare lessons carefully, communicate clearly, provide useful feedback and can be trusted to support students consistently throughout their programme.
